Returns & Refunds Policy – Daring Racing LLC
At Daring Racing LLC, we are committed to your satisfaction and aim to provide a transparent and fair process for returns and refunds. Please review the following guidelines carefully before making a claim.
1. Defective Items
Customers have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to report any defective or damaged items.
Claims must include clear photos or videos demonstrating the issue.
Approved returns must be sent back in original packaging with all included accessories.
Once verified, a full refund (including original shipping) will be issued to the original method of payment.
2. Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect part, you must notify us within 15 calendar days of delivery.
The item must be unused and in its original packaging to qualify for a return or exchange.
We will verify your order details and part number before processing.
Approved returns for incorrect items are eligible for a full refund or exchange.
3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
Returns are not accepted for correctly dispatched items that have no defects.
Any item that has been installed, modified, or damaged after delivery is not eligible for return or refund.
Tires are strictly non-returnable. All tire sales are final.
Special Orders (custom, made-to-order, or non-stock items) are non-returnable and non-refundable once the order has been placed and confirmed.
Shipping fees for non-defective returns are non-refundable.
4. Packaging & Condition
All items must be returned in original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.
Returns received without original packaging or showing signs of use may be subject to a partial refund or denial at our discretion.
5. Return Authorization
To request a return, you must contact us at sales@drpartspr.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
6. Refund Method & Timeline
Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your financial institution.
