Shipping Policy – Daring Racing LLC

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
 Processing time typically ranges from 1 to 3 business days for in-stock items.
 Some products are drop-shipped directly from our suppliers or manufacturers, which may extend processing times up to 5–7 business days depending on availability.

Custom or made-to-order items (such as carbon fiber parts) may require additional lead time, which will be stated in the product description or communicated by our team.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently ship using DHL, USPS, UPS, and iWide.
 The shipping method is selected automatically based on the product type, weight, and delivery destination.

Estimated delivery times after processing are as follows:

       Puerto Rico & U.S. Territories: 2–5 business days

       Continental U.S.: 2–10 business days

       International Orders: 10–20 business days (customs delays may occur)

Note: For freight shipments (large or palletized orders), a tracking number may not be available until the shipment arrives at the port or local terminal for dispatch. Our logistics team will provide status updates as soon as tracking becomes active.

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
 Daring Racing LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or customs processing.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the total weight, package dimensions, and destination.
 Some items may qualify for free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on the product page or during checkout.

Oversized or heavy items (such as exhaust systems, coilovers, or wheels) may require freight shipping and could incur additional handling fees.
 If this applies, our team will contact you before processing your order.


4. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number (if applicable) and a link to track your shipment.
 Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier picks up your order.


5. Shipping Address Policy

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address.
 Daring Racing LLC is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address.
 If a shipment is returned due to an invalid address, additional shipping costs may apply to resend the package.


6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and product.
 We will work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If your order appears lost in transit, contact us at sales@drpartspr.com within 7 business days of the expected delivery date so we can initiate a claim with the carrier.


7. International Shipping

For international orders, the buyer is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by their country.
 Daring Racing LLC has no control over these charges and cannot estimate their total cost.

If a shipment is refused at customs or returned to sender, the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.


8. Pre-Orders & Backorders

If your order includes a pre-order or backordered item, your entire order may be held until all products are ready to ship, unless separate shipping arrangements are made.
 Estimated restock or release dates will be shown on the product page.


9. Special Orders

Special Orders include any non-stock items, custom-made products, made-to-order parts, imported items, or products specifically ordered for a customer.

       Special Orders are non-cancelable once processed.

       Special Orders are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances.

       Lead times provided by suppliers or manufacturers are estimates only and do not guarantee an exact shipping or arrival date.

       Delays caused by manufacturing, backorders, customs, freight, or logistics do not qualify for cancellation or refund.

       By placing a Special Order, the customer acknowledges and accepts these conditions.
